Problem: Water running on the side of house and foundational issues with water lingering.
If you have irrigation system, it is possible the irrigation may need to be moved for the slope dimensions to be correct. We are specialists in irrigation and can perform both at an expert level. Keeping your watering needs at a minimum loss and the water precipitation adequate for your property.
Solution: Installed French drainage system
Ran a French drainage, collection catch basin and gravel material to absorb dampness area on Property. Made all rain gutter connections and lead all corrugated tubes to a positive fall off.
Created a ¼ slope on your drainage. Drainage must have a slope every (foot) for it to work effectively and to make sure all the water exists tube.
I highly recommend a pop-up valve or if need be, an outlet that will easily let water out.

1. Planned the Drain Path
- Identified the water problem area (near foundation, soggy yard, etc.).
- Chose a route that leads downhill or slopes away from the house.
- Planned an exit point (e.g., curb, storm drain, or a dry well).
2. Marked and Dug the Trench
- Marked the trench path using spray paint or string.
- Trench dimensions:
- Depth: 18–24 inches (deeper if near foundations)
- Width: 6–12 inches
- Ensured a slope of at least 1 inch per 10 feet to ensure water flows.

- This prevented sediment from clogging the system.
4. Added Base Gravel
- Poured 3–4 inches of gravel at the trench base.
- Compacted slightly and checked the slope again.
