To begin, I started Blue2Green from the ground up in 2005. A V-6 ford truck, 1 new trailer 6 x 12, and 1 used trencher machine. That is about as simple I can put it; and let me tell you, in excavation work, it is not that simple. Many good stories behind that, but the most important I can share is “safety”, I wanted crew members home each day.
The military and working in the corporate world for a long time, I had a deep appreciation, because I learned what it truly meant to do something right. If aviation work was not done right, people lives would be at stake. That’s why I highly respected how the military worked and their processes where to the “T”.
The corporate world taught me how business models work, manufacturing processes, most importantly, customer service.
I also tell people how much I miss both worlds. I think once you meet me, you will see B2G truly cares about what we do. I have meet so many people out there and love hearing a good story about life. I am truly grateful and appreciative of all the people we have done work for. Quite frankly, some customers have become friends.
